Vision System MC-20
For precise product quality assurance
Designed for inkjet printing: Minimizing reject rates and product loss

Highlights
The MC20s Vision System relies on OCV (Optical Character Verification) detection technology.
Specifically developed to accurately read inkjet codes regardless of the printer brand, the system checks the DOT matrix fonts of continuous inkjet printers, recognizing the relative character form as well as DOT size and shape. Any code that is readable by the human eye can also be passed by the vision system, getting more production out the door.
Each character is isolated to detect code degradation, while good or bad markings are determined in a controlled manner using customer-specific threshold values.
Possible misinterpretations from the consumer’s point of view can also be taken into account, ensuring reliable code verification with the MC20 Vision System.
