Highlights

Intelligent print modules are available with a wide range of applicators. The compact and clean design, combined with stable and flexible brackets, makes mechanical installation easy. The open and clearly defined Evolabel API allows external software programs to fully control the Evolabel Print & Apply system, and all printer and applicator settings can be managed externally. The solid one‑piece aluminum chassis ensures perfect alignment of the label and transfer rollers, the printhead, and other key components. The system alerts the user before the label roll needs replacing, and the clean, open design keeps the roll change process straightforward and simple. Both the ribbon and the label roll can be replaced quickly and easily. Cleaning the printhead is also fast and convenient, with no tools required and no need to turn off the machine.

Coldstore Range (optional feature)

Print & Apply in freezing conditions is fully supported, even at temperatures as low as –30°C (–22°F). Just like every Evolabel solution, the Coldstore Range meets the same high safety standards. It is designed to keep operating when others fail, giving users peace of mind.
At the same time, the system offers a space‑saving, compact alternative that removes the need for bulky and costly heating cabinets or enclosures. Its robust, low‑wear parts design ensures high operational reliability and quick maintenance, which helps minimize downtime and reduces operator exposure in freezing environments. In addition, Coldstore’s intelligent software automatically adapts to the surrounding conditions to maintain optimal performance at all times.

FlexWipe Pallet Labeling System

This flexible pallet labeling solution is designed with a strong focus on safety while maximizing throughput, ensuring traceability, and maintaining a small footprint. As with all Evolabel products, the system is developed with operator safety and ergonomics in mind, and the design helps reduce crushing hazards and potential trap points.
The solution also delivers very high capacity, reaching up to 5 pallets per minute with a label roll change completed in less than 20 seconds. In addition, it enables easy label application on three sides, including double‑stacked pallets. This makes it possible to reduce investment costs and minimize the overall footprint, since one single machine can handle all requirements.

Co-Op Solution

High throughput is fully supported, with performance reaching up to 12,000 packages per hour. This is made possible by a unique concept in which a group of up to four printers communicate and work together to provide scalable capacity and redundancy. Within this Co‑Op group, the printers coordinate in real time and assign each print job to the printer best suited for the task.
As a result, the solution enables simplified integration, since there is no need to distribute jobs across multiple printers or implement control logic for handovers. With the workload shared between devices, operator time for label changes and maintenance is significantly reduced. This setup also maintains the required throughput even if one printer goes offline.
The outcome is a scalable solution that lowers operator stress while keeping performance consistently high. Label rolls can be replaced in just 20 seconds, and printheads or rollers can be swapped within one minute.

SoftPad

The exceptional flexibility of SoftPads makes them ideal for challenging applications, including curved surfaces such as drainpipes, shrink‑wrap packaged products, beer kegs, or pooling system crates used in the food industry. As a result, SoftPads apply labels with perfect precision on both concave and convex surfaces.
Each SoftPad consists of two main parts: a solid component called the Venturi and a compressible wear‑and‑tear component called the Cushion. In addition, both parts can be assembled and disassembled easily by hand, without the need for tools.

Wide Range of Applicators

Evolabel offers a wide range of applicator modules across three categories: Linear Applicators, Rotary Applicators, and Contact‑free Applicators. For optimal functionality, user‑friendliness, and safety, Evolabel designs the printers and applicators as one integrated system. As a result, all applicators automatically move away from the printhead and label path when the printhead is shifted into its service position. This provides excellent access when changing labels or cleaning the printhead.
