Wastewater Treatment Plant – Membrance Reactor
The measurement campaign was conducted using an “on site” pilot plant, that allowed to verify the wastewater characteristics and the plant operating logic.
The system created is composed of two modules: Microfiltration plus Reverse Osmosis. The automation used made it possible to remotely operate parameters by programming specific alarms according to customer requirements.
This technology led up to a 40% reduction in wastewater volume and up to 30% disposal cost reduction, as well as the reuse of purified water into the production cycle.
Customized Roadmap for Carbon Reduction – Industrial Sector
Our team worked alongside the client to develop a tailored decarbonization plan focused on reducing emissions, increasing energy efficiency, and aligning with ESG targets.
By analyzing energy consumption profiles and identifying high-impact interventions, we outlined a concrete, step-by-step strategy to achieve carbon neutrality.
The plan included technical solutions, investment planning, and KPI monitoring.
Tire Industry
The drive system – direct current motor of a selected plodder was monitored continuously for two months.
It was decided to replace the DC motor with a dedicated permanent magnet motor. The designed solution achieved an energy saving of nearly 50% with an increase in system performance above 45%.

We supported the client in conducting a comprehensive energy audit in line with regulatory standards and best practices, identifying key areas for savings and optimization.
